Start of the processI first met with my recruiter back in May of 2025. During this meeting, we discussed which roles I was interested in, and based on my background other roles he believed could be of interest to me. My process was delayed for a month because my recruiter was gone for the month of June, however I used this time to study for my OAR exam. I was not planning on doing aviation, so I only had to study for the Math, Reading Comprehension, and Mechanical Comprehension portions. I used
